Boro I

The ancient patchwork art from Japan was the inspiration for this design. Jan Kath uses multi-layered patterns and expressive colour combinations that create not only stunning rugs, but also contemporary works of art.

Material: hand-spun Tibetan highland wool,
Tibetan nettle fibre and silk.
Technique: hand-knotted.
